I’m going to be posting my V-logs on my Youtube Channel so you can see in a more real way how I EAT and Train throughout the year. As Bikini Fit Fitness Members you will have FULL ACCESS to my My Fitness Pal food diary.
I will be sharing with you my Bikini Model Diet and how I eat throughout the year as well as when i’m getting ready for an event, competition ( unless I hire a coach for help then it’s confidential for obvious reasons) or a photoshoot. I’m shooting my everyday workouts, how I train to get ready to shoot and my Bikini Fit Challenge workouts to really bust plateaus.
