The “Got Abs” Challenge // Ab Exercises For A Bikini Fit Body

Have you always wanted six pack abs? The secret? You have to train, challenge and surprise them so they don’t know what might come at them next! RAWWRRR Hash tags for this round is #gotabs #bffchallenge AND #rawwrrr (if you really want to!) This is a tough challenge that will you help burn fat and sculpt the abs. Check below for beginner and intermediate options. Take breaks if you need to and remember to do your “CHECK IN”  post your # of rounds and let us know how you did! Good luck. Don’t be selfish. Equipment required

A yoga mat or towel and a lot of enthusiasm! Yay!  Sexy ABS here we come! Also don’t forget to tell yourself how awesome you are for just doing this today. 🙂 YOU ROCK! Remember that.

The Workout

Do this Challenge for ROUNDS. Do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes RECORD YOUR ROUNDS and tell us how you did in your post today in your CHALLENGE CHECK IN POST! For EXAMPLE: 6 Rounds plus 15 flutter kicks could be used in your post! 🙂 Let us know how it went! #boom Make sure to warm up well before diving in!

  • Flutter kicks front
  • 20x Plank (on toes)
  • 60 seconds V-ups 20x

Beginner/Intermediate Modification and At Home Options

INSTEAD OF FLUTTER KICKS → Crunches

INSTEAD OF PLANK ON TOES → Plank on knees

INSTEAD OF V-UPS → V Sits or V In & Outs

You can do this workout in the comfort of your own home or at the gym. Remember to MAXIMIZE this workout, it would be best to do it BEFORE your other workouts if you are lifting more! Remember, this is YOUR CHALLENGE! The Challenge is based on PARTICIPATION not on how many Rounds you got in. Get out there and GET THOSE ABS! It’s all within your control. And remember YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
