This could also be a 10 minute ab workout for men. (sorry guys this is mainly geared around women but you can join in if you like!) This 10-minute ab workout to get flat belly in 30 days. If you want you can do this routine every second day for 30 days and see how that works for you!! This 10-minute abs workout at home was shot at the gym but you can do it at home or the gym. 10-minute abs workout-at home no equipment….if you don’t have the blocks you can use socks, a book or pens even it’s more about the rotating side to side than lifting the weight of the object. You can use this as a 10-minute abs workout before bed or in the am if you like I prefer to do my abs first before I do other body parts as a priority!
