Bikini Fit Glute Workout 8 Week Summer Shred | 8 Week Full Program Ep 1

Today’s workout is a bikini fit glute workout. This glute workout is sure to shred you down! The Glute Workout:

Exercise 1 : clamshells

Exercise 2 :standing leg lifts

Exercise 3: is weighted hip thrusts for glutes with external rotations (glute bridge position)

Exercise 4: is glute swings

Exercise 5: double pulse squat

 

These are some of my fav glute exercises to add to my workouts when I’m trying to lean out and workout at home. This is a great glute workout for women or men. You can do this glute workout at home or the gym. This can really build glutes when you add heavy weights and tone the glutes when you drop the weight and keep the reps high.
