Bikini Fit Shoulder Workout And Lynx Sighting

Hello ladies!

 

I am enroute to Fairmont to get some cool mountain workouts in! To do this workout as a Beginner do 2 sets 10-15 reps, Intermediate 3 sets 10-15 reps and Advanced 4 sets 10-15 reps. Always striving to go as heavy as you can with a warm up and warm up set to begin! Do about a 1 minute break between exercises. You can also super set the exercises to make it harder!
