In all honesty, if I was going to use this video to prep for a show I’d probably do anywhere from 2-3x the cardio and 3-4x the abs. (depending on how many weeks out and how lean I was) You can rewind the video and re-do the cardio 2-3x through if you are in prep and repeat the abs sequence 3-4x for a more intense ab workout if you are using this in prep.
