Dennis Glover and his coach Ryan have put together this workout for Dennis in his training in prep for his IFBB Pro Card. How do you get abs in 3 minutes? Well, you don’t….this is a 30-minute abs routine the Dennis added each week. It’s most likely not possible to get a six-pack without  serious work ethic! How do you get abs in one day? How do you get abs in a week? How do you get abs in 1 minute? You can paint them on?! Again questions I’ve been asked and it’s gonna take more time than that but in time and consistent effort, you can reach your goals!
