WARM UP | 5-10 minutes Before

1. Mountain climbers slow /fast 60 secs work (30/30)/ 30 break

2. Big Ball crunch: 60 secs/ 30 sec break

3. Burpees: 60 sec work/ 30 sec break

4. Big Ball alternating crunch 60 sec work/ 30 sec break

5. Big Ball Toss: 60 sec work/ 30 sec break

6. Burpees: 60 sec work/ 30 sec break

7. Toe taps, slow mountain climbers, 4x fast mountain climbers: 60 sec work/ 30 sec break

8. Big Ball crunch: 60 secs/ 30 sec break

9. Burpees: 60 sec work/ 30 sec break Your done you did it!!
