1. seated breathing exercise
2. half lotus position for beginners both sides
3. hamstring stretch seated on mat
4. kneeling hip flexor stretch
5. kneeling hamstring stretch
6. kneeling calf stretch
7. kneeling calf stretch on a mat
8. childs pose (childs pose stretch or childs pose yoga )
9. seated rotation stretch
10. diamond stretch Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
