Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Dumbbell Front and Side Lateral Raises: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Single-arm Lateral Raise Standing: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Lateral Dumbbell Raises: 45 secs/ 15 rest

60 sec break

Front raises using dumbbells: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Upright row using dumbbells: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Bent over ball rear delt fly: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Ball side lateral raises: 45 secs/ 15 rest

60 sec break

Bent over rear delt fly: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Rear delt fly laying on bench: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Shrugs: 45 secs/ 15 rest

Squat and overhead press: 45 secs/ 15 rest
