I like to make this fresh juice if I’m feeling bloated or puffy. Drink lots of water with it as the parsley will pull the water out of you!
- 7 asparagus spears
- 1 lemon peeled
- 1 English cucumber, washed
- ¼ cup parsley washed
- 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled
- Prep the lemon and vegetable and herbs. Wash and peel them and remove the stems and seeds.
- Put all ingredients through the juicer. Serve the juice immediately or reserve the rest in the fridge for use that day. If saving it for another day I’d recommend freezing it.
